I. Agreement Scope
1.1 This Snake Path Home User Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement") constitutes a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the game developer (hereinafter "we" or "Developer") regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the Snake Path Home game (hereinafter "the Game") and related services.
1.2 By downloading, installing, or launching the Game for the first time through an app store (including but not limited to Apple App Store, Google Play, and similar platforms), you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Agreement and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the Game immediately. If platform rules or applicable laws and regulations require confirmation of updated versions for continued use, you must complete such confirmation as required. Failure to do so may result in your inability to continue using the Game services.
1.4 We reserve the right to revise this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall take effect upon announcement in the Game or on the official website. We recommend that you regularly review the latest content.
1.5 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Game services at any time based on operational needs. We may also suspend or restrict your access to and use of the Game at our discretion without prior notice.
II. Service Access and Use
2.1 You shall be responsible for any network communication costs and related device expenses incurred while accessing and using the services.
2.2 Using the service confirms that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must obtain permission from a legal guardian who has read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement before using the service.
2.3 You assume all risks associated with downloading, installing, and using the Game.
III. Account and Data Management
3.1 The Game is a casual game that does not require account registration to play.
3.2 Game data is primarily stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing the cache, or changing devices may result in loss of game progress. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any such loss.
3.3 iCloud Backup Feature (iOS devices only): You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up your game progress. This feature is independently operated by Apple Inc., and its data management is subject to Apple's iCloud-related terms and policies.
IV. Fees and Virtual Items
4.1 In-game virtual currency (such as coins, diamonds, etc.) can only be obtained through official channels. We reserve the right to remove any virtual currency or items obtained through unofficial, illegal, or improper means without prior notice.
4.2 Virtual currency and items are for use within the Game only. They cannot be exchanged for real currency or physical goods, nor can they be transferred or traded.
4.3 We reserve the right to adjust the types, pricing, or functionality of virtual currency and items upon reasonable notice.
V. User Conduct
5.1 All actions and content generated by you during your use of the service must not infringe upon any third-party rights and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 You agree to adhere to public order and accepted standards of behavior. If you violate this Agreement, we may take measures including but not limited to restricting or suspending your account.
5.3 Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the use of third-party software, exploitation of vulnerabilities, interference with service operations, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
VI. Intellectual Property Statement
6.1 All intellectual property rights contained in the Game (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, artwork, character designs, interface layouts, etc.) belong to the Developer. No entity or individual may reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Game in any manner without our prior written permission.
VII. Disclaimer
7.1 The Game services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure, third-party service issues, or improper use by you.
VIII. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use the services.
IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
X. Severability
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed, but the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
XI. Assignment of Agreement
11.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to an affiliate or acquiring party without your prior consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written permission.
